RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Replenish Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging when applicable.

3. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific reasons.

5. RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it.

6. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
